Sales Calls 101: The 5 Questions You Should ask on Every Sales Call to Close and Connect faster.

In this blog post…where I’ve also attached my podcast and video training (see below) I share how to close more high ticket sales through my proven 5-question formula. This is perfect for you if you’re a coach, consultant, course creator…or anyone looking to improve connection and close rates in your business.

#1- I cover the 5 questions to ask on every sales call.

People often mistake sales for “convincing.”

In fact, the best thing you can do on a sales call is to talk less and ask more questions.

I explain in the video and on the podcast that by “leaning back,” taking notes, and asking intentional questions…people will usually be convinced they need your services without you ever saying anything.

#2- Goals in One Hand- Budget in the Other

Once you have people’s answers to their questions, you should have a very good idea of their goals.

It’s now time to take their goals in one hand…and discuss their budget in the other hand.

Then you put the two together.

If you did a good job qualifying someone for a call…you should know if they have the budget for your services/course ahead of time.

However, if you waited to spring your pricepoints on them…don’t be surprised if you have to give them more time to “Think” since you went in blind.

#3 The Sales PDF (and why it matters)

Having a well-designed and clear cut Sales PDF makes a HUGE difference in closing a prospect and turning them into a paying client.

Ideally, you took them through your Sales Qualification Funnel ahead of time…

but if you don’t know what that is…

You’ll see it in the video training and hear about it on the podcast.

A Sales PDF should qualify you to the prospect with a story about yourself and what you offer.

It should also clearly lay out what your services/course is…

What result they will get by working with you…The price point…and a guarantee.
