As the founder of Tiana Smith Coaching, a 7-Figure education company, I've inspired and taught thousands of students over the past 12 years, imparting the skills and knowledge to turn their passion business and knowledge into successful careers.

I am not only a branding expert, business owner and funnel builder but an award-winning singer/songwriter and writer, known for my ability to help people take their passion and turn it into a profitable business that you can run from anywhere in the world (can you say Laptop Lifestyle, baby?!?).
My first major course, Automate 2 Dominate, has become a staple in the industry, influencing and shaping the careers of coaches and course creators who desire to utilize their online brand and funnels to grow and scale online. Alongside my educational endeavors, I host the podcast "Master Your Mind to Master Your Business Online," run the 7-Figure Club membership, and lead the new 2024 in-person conference "Automate 2 Dominate", contributing significantly to the discourse and development of the coaching and course creator's community.
I'm married to the love of my life, Eli "Sgt.O," and we have 4 kids between us. We are a blended family after both having been divorced with 2 kids. Now there's all 6 of us plus 2 doodles in our wonderful home. I'm passionate about the balance between a thriving professional life and a fulfilling personal life. This harmony is at the core of my philosophy, which is an integral part of helping you build your dream biz that funds your dream life with those you love.

Eligibility Criteria
Joining the Shine Mastermind is a unique opportunity, and it begins with a thoughtful application process. This 100 day journey (with the option to re-enroll if Tiana opens it up again in April) is about commitment and collaboration; every member plays a pivotal role in the group's dynamics and success. We're looking for individuals who not only bring their unique perspectives but also add substantial value to our collective journey.
HERE'S WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF THIS EXCLUSIVE GROUP:
- Age: You're over 18.
- Business: You're a creative entrepreneur, coach, course creator, investor, real estate agent, business owner, author or influencer. We're careful to curate a group that doesn't have too much overlap, so no one feels they have competitors in the room.
- Business Experience: You've been running your business for at least 12 months.
- Business Success: Your business is thriving. Most Shine members run multi-6 or 7-figure businesses.
- Commitment: You're ready to commit to attending all or most of our meetings.
- Purpose-Driven: You feel a deep call to a greater purpose and have a burning desire to leave a significant mark in your field.

Your Investment
I believe in making powerful growth accessible. While typical masterminds can range from $25,000 to over $100,000, the Shine Mastermind is different. It's designed to be within reach, especially for those who are at a pivotal stage in their business journey but might not have vast resources to invest.
For the entire 100 days of transformation, connection, and growth, your investment is $12,000+ on a payment plan or $10,000 pay in full (Please keep in mind- we are offering you a proven strategy map to create 100k in 100 days of cash flow- which is a 10x return if you follow our plan). This fee grants you access to all the remarkable resources, meetings, and workshops detailed above. Understanding different financial situations, we offer flexible payment plans: either $4,000/month for 3 months or $2,500/month for 6 months.
To ensure commitment and seriousness, there's a $250 application fee. This fee is fully refundable if you're not accepted into the mastermind. For those who join us, it will be credited towards your total investment.
