* Cancellations or No-Shows:
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in a $100 fee.
The invoice must be paid before continuing any calls or services.
* Payment Policy:
All services require payment in full or an active payment plan on file.
* Discounts & Incentives:
    * Current Clients: 10% off any additional consulting or services
    * Returning Clients: 5% off new services
    * Veterans: 5% off with proof of service
    * Referrals: 2.5% cash of the package referred or 5% credit toward future services

    * Includes 4 x 30-minute calls (2 hours total)

    * Pay for 3 months upfront and save 10%- $13,500  ($1,500 off)

Monthly Consulting and Marketing Package Combo– $7,500/month or $18,500 pay in full every 3 months.

Fulfillment policies

Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy — For all digital goods there is a strict no refund policy since all digital goods, downloads, funnels and templates are delivered immediately upon purchase. Please only buy if you are sure you want our funnels, templates and courses. All sales pages have a behind the scenes video and you can message and have a call for any questions as well.

For our physical products, please send back your physical product without any wear or tear or use, and we will give you a full refund or replace your product within 14-30 days as long as the product is in stock.


If a physical product was damaged in shipping, please email us at: support@tianasmithcoaching.com with a picture and receipt of your product and we will replace it within 7 business days or give a refund if it is not in stock.


Refund, Cancellations + Returns policy

Delivery Policy: All digital goods (including courses, downloads, templates, online coaching services) will be sent via email or on the thank you page within seconds to minutes of purchase. If you did not receive your email, please check your spam. If you still can’t find it, please email support@tianasmithcoaching.com with a snapshot of your receipts page or of your banking statement and we will be in touch within 1-2 business days to make sure you get your digital goods.

Since all digital products have the capability of being downloaded and copied, we offer a STRICT NO RETURN/REFUNDS policy. 

Chargebacks:

If you choose to do a chargeback on a credit card process, we will invoice you for the full cost of our lawyers to bring this to justice. We consider chargebacks full theft of our company and will pursue civil and potential criminal charges for this plus the cost of your program, lawyer fees and time of our team for having to fight this. If you're a person who has ever done a chargeback, please do not work with us.

Physical Goods Delivery:
For your physical goods, please allow 7-30 days depending on where you live in the world. We ship from the USA to over 17 countries. If you still haven’t received your planner or our merchandise within 7 days (USA) or 14 Days (International), please send us an email and we will look at the tracking and give you an update.
